Kim and her friend Don are researching a paper on the impractibility of teenage marriage. Lucy overhears and jumps to the conclusion that they are eloping.
All havoc breaks loose when Lucy and Harry are on a quest to stop Kim from getting to the judge! This lands Lucy and Harry in hot water at City Hall.
