Liz is playing "cops and robbers" with little Tommy Wood from next door, and lets him handcuff her and George with what turn out to be real handcuffs! Liz and George Cooper are in pretty bad shape being accidentally handcuffed together. During the time the Coopers are linked George finds himself under the hair dryer and Liz later has to stand by at the barber's while her husband gets a shave.
