HERE'S LUCY

Lucy and Mary Jane take a class in auto repair, so Lucy can date the handsome instructor, Jack Scott. Harry buys an antique car, a classic Rolls-Royce, and is going to enter it in a classic car show. Unfortunately, the car needs some minor work, and Harry has to go out of town for the weekend.

Harry leaves his classic car in Lucy's care at her house while he goes out of town. He relies on her to call the repairman with instructions to take it in for repairs. When Lucy forgets to call, and can't get a hold of her repairman boyfriend, she and Mary Jane decide to repair the car themselves.

They end up dismantling the complete car engine and now desperately try to get Lucy's boyfriend to put the car back together before Harry gets back.

Special Notes: Robert Rockwell is best known as Mr. Boynton on Our Miss Brooks (1952-56). He has also made TV appearances as Superman's father on Krypton on The Adventures of Superman (1952-57) and as the grandfather on Growing Pains (1985-92).
