Lucy and Harry have been bickering so much that Mary Jane suggests they go to a group encounter and work out their problems and improve their working relationship.
Once in therapy, the psychologist advises that they switch office roles to better understand one another. Lucy takes charge and lands the agency a big account.
Special Notes: This is one of the Here's Lucy episodes that reflects modern fads of that era such as women's liberation and group therapy encounters. But such matters are handled so broadly that any contemporary feel is diminished.
