The Lucy Show

In this takeoff on The Untouchables, Federal FBI Agent Briggs asks Lucy to help trap a gangster because she is a dead ringer for his girlfriend, performer Rusty Martin.

With Big Nick getting out of prison, Agent Briggs knows he's anxious to see his girlfriend 'moll' at the nightclub where she works. It's Lucy's job to get him to reveal the whereabouts of the $100,000 from his last robbery.

Special Notes: Robert Stack and Bruce Gordon had been costars of the Desilu-produced The Untouchables (1959-63). Lucy sings "My Heart Belongs to Daddy" and performs her standard chorus girl characterization. Lucy would again play a 1920s flapper named Rusty in episode #154, "Lucy and the Lost Star".

Bloopers: Robert Stack's character mistakenly hands Lucy a card that says "Rosemarie's School for Models." This is an inside joke by the writers; Stack's wife was named Rosemarie.
